Customer Responsibility
Please take care inputting your correct full name, address, email address and mobile phone number. We shall not be responsible for delay or failure to deliver products due to incomplete and incorrect address or name information or if Royal Mail are unable to access the address supplied to complete delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund should we notice your address information is insufficient. If your email address is incorrect you will not receive automated order confirmation, shipping information or any other communication about your order. Royal Mail will update you by email and SMS message if mobile phone number is given.

We are closed at weekends and UK public and bank holidays.
Our products with the exception of the Sprinkles section are handmade. We do have stock of items that sell everyday but in general products are made to order or finished.
We aim to process orders within two to three business days Monday to Friday although depending on what you order and the volume, this can take an extra day or two at seasonal busy times. Some of our products do need to be made from scratch and require a day or two extra. Bespoke requests, discounted orders will take longer.
GENERAL ORDERS (not personalised or bespoke) usually processed within one to three business days after receipt of order.
PERSONALISED ORDERS Please allow two to three business days processing time after receipt of order.
*DISCOUNTED ORDERS This is variable depending on volume ordered and if any variation requested. Estimated shipping times do not apply to discounted orders.
B2B ORDERS Please contact us for lead time with exact requirements.
We cannot hold orders for dispatch at a later date.
IMPORTANT Please allow extra time for processing and delivery in the periods leading up to Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Father's Day, Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas as we are very busy and so are Royal Mail and this may lead to your order taking a little longer to arrive.
We only deliver to the UK, no international delivery.
Our aim is to get orders to you within 5 working days, this does not apply during busy periods.
Discounted orders take longer and depend on quantity ordered.
Large orders may be sent in more than one shipment.

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer next day delivery nor do we guarantee delivery for any day.
Once we have received your order we cannot change the postage option selected.

Royal Mail will generally email you to advise delivery of your order and also supply proof of delivery. Should you claim that you have not received your order despite proof of delivery you will need to speak to your Royal Mail delivery office, we cannot help at this point.
If your order has been received at your local Royal Mail delivery office but not received by you please contact them direct to arrange delivery or redelivery.

Once your order has reached the payment stage you will be redirected to an external hosted payment page which ensures your full security. No credit/debit details are entered on CakeCandyCo website therefore no payment information is stored on our internal network.
You may pay using any major credit or debit card as shown at check out, PayPal, ApplePay or GooglePay or cash on collection.
Minimum order value is £9.99.
CakeCandyCo must receive full payment for all goods on orders and any applicable delivery charges before the order can be processed or collected.
To process your order it is necessary for full card data to be disclosed to the payment processor, including details of the card’s registered address. Failure to provide full information could forfeit an order.

CakeCandyCo shall not be held responsible for any delays due to Royal Mail, any government actions of any country, USSF and regulations related to any strikes, pandemic, emergency, lockdown, war or disaster or other as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
