These decorations are food items and cannot be returned.
Our decorations are very securely wrapped in a particular way and dispatched in strong boxes so breakages do not occur. Sugar paste decorations are fragile so treat with care, do not shake and very gently remove from the packaging.
Please check your order upon receipt. We will need photographic evidence of an issue before taking action in the form of a pro rata refund, this does not apply to minor breakages such as broken letters or sugar pearls that have come loose, which are easily fixed with a tiny dab of warm water. Refunds will be at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that we have supplied an incorrect product you must contact us within fourteen days of receipt of your order in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SALE items are sold as seen and cannot be returned or refunded.
Our products cannot be exchanged.
If an order or any part of has been made specifically to your requirement and request such as colour, name, age or other we cannot issue a refund.
Refunds
Refunds can only be issued through the payment processor you paid with. Refunds will be issued within 28 days.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within one hour of placing the order and as long as we have not started processing it.
Please note we take payment as soon as you place your order so you might be charged. Once you've cancelled the money will be refunded to you, normally within the day but it can take five to ten working days.
