These are pretty small veined sugar paste flowers with white sugar pearl centres in an abundance of colours, suitable for so many cake, cake pop and biscuit projects and available as an individual colour, mixed pastels, mixed bright colours or your choice from our list. Shown here on a standard size cupcake.
These are also available to match the small flowers in one of our other products, i.e. the same colour and same sugar pearl used.

Use By
Our products are made to order. We recommend using our sugar paste products by six months from date of purchase.
Application
Decorations can be applied direct onto buttercream or attached to fondant or plain cake with a small dab of icing to the back, easiest with a piping bag.
Ingredients
Sugar Paste: Sugar, glucose, water, maize starch, emulsifier, cellulose gum, preservative: acetic acid, coconut oil, colours.
Sugar Pearls: Sugar (74.8%); WHEAT flour; WHEAT starch; maize starch; stabiliser: arabic gum; glucose syrup; glazing agents: carnauba wax; beeswax; shellac, colours.

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD. May contain milk, egg and other trace allergens. If used, colours E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129 can have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Our sugar paste is suitable for vegetarians and gluten free.
Storage
Store in a cool dark dry area away from light and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
