Ingredients
Sugar Pearls: sugar, WHEAT starch, WHEAT flour, maize starch, glucose syrup, colours: E174, E131, E160a, E100, E160b, stabilisers: arabic gum, agar, glucose syrup, gelatine (bovine), glazing agent; shellac.
Shapes: sugar, rice flour,vegetable oils [rapeseed fully hydrogenated] tragacanth, colours: E100, E133, E172, glazing agent: shellac, potato starch, flavour.

Caution
Please note candy shapes and sugar pearls can be hard though may soften once in contact with moisture such as runny icing or buttercream. We recommend caution when giving to tiny tots and the elderly.

Store in a cool dry dark area.
